An opportunity for you, the client, to get to know me and to discuss your aims and objectives, and to chat about what you want to get out of Hypnotherapy.

Step 02:
Initial Consultation
- Approx. 45 mins -
Informal meeting in my bespoke therapy room, with the aim of putting the client at ease with the surroundings, giving a brief outline of how the process works, and giving them the opportunity to ask any questions they may have.
Price: £15.
Step 03:
Hypnotherapy Session
- 1 hour -
Stage one; Induction.
Inducing a basic state of Hypnosis
Stage Two; Deepener.
Deepening the Trance.
Stage Three; Hypnotherapy.
Using a bespoke script I have prepared specifically for the individual client.
Stage Four: Awakener.
Gently easing the client out of the hypnotic trance.
